The large lounge with its high cathedral ceiling and cooling fan has plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family which includes two three seater sofas and three reclining arm chairs .
There is a large flat screen cable TV,Free unlimited Wi-Fi, Play Station 2, DVD player /music system with a selection of DVDs and videos . We also have a selection of books and games for all ages to enjoy . Large alarmed patio doors lead you out into the lanai fitted with a cooling fan and pool deck area .
The Master bedroom has an extremely large comfortable king size bed , bed side cabinets , dressing table , large walk in closet with safe, ceiling fan , large flat screen smart TV , and DVD player . The en-suite bathroom with large vanity sink unit , toilet , shower and bath , has access to the pool area .
Bedroom two has a large queen size bed , ceiling fan , bedside cabinets ,dressing table, large fitted wardrobes , flat screen smart TV with cable .
Bedroom three has a Disney theme with Monsters Inc. bedding. In this room there are two single beds, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan , flat screen smart TV with cable, dressing table and large fitted wardrobes .
Both bedroom two and three share the second bathroom which has a bath , shower , vanity sink unit and toilet .
The fully fitted kitchen has a large cooker with easy clean ceramic hob, dishwasher, new large fridge/ freezer with automatic ice/water dispenser, essential for those long cold drinks, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,blender, waffle maker, kettle, teapot and all the utensils and cutlery you would need if you ever decide to dine at home . There is a door off to a double garage and there is also a separate laundry area with full size washing machine and tumble dryer.
The spacious outdoor dining area has an overhead cooling fan and light. The comfortable patio furniture has 6 chairs and a full size table, 4 full length loungers with deep padded cushions and a 2-seater swing. We have a large deck area that is completely private and is not overlooked by any neighbouring villa. The large, south-facing screened pool and spa area has stunning views of the conservation lake which is frequently visited by many of Florida’s wildlife, turtles, humming birds, eagles and many other varieties of birds. At the end of the day relaxing on the underwater seating or lounging in the bubble spa, Pina colada in hand, what better place to watch the sun go down.
There is plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and the lighting around the pool area and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool and spa all night long - if you so wish. The neighbours at either side are over 30ft away.
The pool and spa are usually pleasantly warm from April through to October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra at any time of year but it is normally unnecessary in the summer months. Please note that the spa is not heated separately but there are ’bubble maker jets’ which you may turn on whenever you wish.
